To better reflect the community that they serve, Capital Real Estate became Hutt City Limited in the first year of the new millennium. It has been just over 30 years since Capital Real Estate first began in a Kelburn house.
John Ross joined Capital Real Estate in 1981, opening the Lower Hutt branch in 1982. After five years, John purchased the branch, and joined The Professionals marketing group in 1989. Since then John has continued to set the company on the path to 2020, this goal further advanced by the purchase of the Wainuiomata branch in 2007, and opening the Eastbourne Office in 2008.
In 2011 we saw a change of name of the Letting, Property Management and Body Corporate devision to ‘Oxygen’. Our offices in Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and Hawkes Bay have now all been rebranded but still are part of the Professionals, Hutt City. Alan Borthwick of Dux Financial also joined us in 2011 to provide specialised Mortgage and Financial Services.
Now Professionals, Hutt City Limited, offers a multi professional service aimed at fulfilling your every Real Estate requirement.
